About The Position

Youth Athletes United, a leader in youth sports programming, is seeking energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coaches to lead children aged 1-5 in fun and educational activities. The company aims to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, fostering healthy habits, teaching life skills, and increasing youth activity. This part-time position focuses on daycare hours, primarily mornings (8:45 AM - noon), with occasional afternoons. Coaches will travel to various locations (schools, parks, recreational centers) within a 45-minute radius. The role emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive approach, and positive reinforcement to ensure every child's success in a stress-free environment. New coaches can work 3-10 classes per week and earn between $18-$38 per hour. The company offers on-the-job training, a positive work environment, and incentive programs, with a pathway to full-time employment or business ownership.

Requirements

Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader, childcare educator, or nanny).
Enjoy working with children.
Availability for daycare hours, especially mornings from 8:45 AM - noon.
Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes to class locations.
Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn and grow.
Openness to feedback.
