Youth Soccer Instructor
About The Position
Euro School of Tennis is seeking friendly and reliable instructors to teach beginner-level soccer to children in Grades K–3 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, and equipment are provided. Classes are held in person Monday through Friday between 1:00 and 5:00 PM, last 1–1.5 hours, and amount to approximately 2–5 hours per week. Pay is $50–$65 per class. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and opportunities to coach other sports, including tennis, pickleball, yoga, and dance, and potentially grow into a Lead Coach role.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enjoys working with children.
- Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Able to complete required employment screening and documentation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Soccer playing or coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Teach fun and engaging soccer lessons to children in Grades K–3.
- Manage groups of 8–10 children.
- Set up equipment and take attendance.
- Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
- Communicate with parents and school staff.
