Youth Soccer Coaches (Fall/Winter Season)

About The Position
Vancouver Rangers FC is seeking two types of coaches for their Fall/Winter season, running from September to March. The club focuses on professional coaching, technical development, and fostering a high-energy environment to inspire young athletes. The pay rate is $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, with an additional 4% in lieu of benefits. Coaches are expected to work 4-10 hours per week.
Requirements
- 2+ years of coaching is strongly preferred.
- A C-License (CONCACAF/UEFA) or Canada Soccer grassroots qualifications are preferred for both roles.
- Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Must be located in Metro Vancouver and ready to start in September.
- Ability to be active and on your feet for 3+ hours.

Responsibilities

- Act as a positive role model and leader for Vancouver’s youth.
- Communicate with parents regarding player progress and logistics.
