About The Position

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through 35–40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers, and parks. We operate year-round, with programs offered during Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Requirements

• Currently reside in the Louisville area
• Must Have Tuesday and Thursday availability
• Can commit to coaching a minimum of 2 seasons (4 Months)
• Can travel to Middletown and surrounding areas
• Energetic, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable working with young children
• Able to model children's soccer skills
• Comfortable standing, jogging, and staying active
• Professional and dependable
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• No soccer or prior coaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 35–40 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Make soccer fun and exciting
• Build confidence and character
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities
• Create positive experiences for every child
• Communicate with families and teachers
• Set up and pack away equipment
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures
