Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach - Afternoons & Weekends
About The Position
Soccer Stars is seeking enthusiastic and dependable coaches who love working with young children and want to make a positive impact every day. The role involves teaching fun soccer classes to children aged 12 months to 6 years old at preschools, childcare centers, and early learning programs throughout El Paso. The program uses age-appropriate, non-competitive methods, incorporating games, imagination, music, and movement to help children develop confidence, coordination, social skills, and a lifelong love of being active. Comprehensive training and lesson plans are provided, making prior coaching experience unnecessary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must currently reside in the El Paso, TX area
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple schools throughout El Paso
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Available to work weekday mornings and early afternoons
- Able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer classes for children ages 12 months–6 years
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment
- Use songs, imaginative games, and movement to keep children engaged
- Celebrate effort and individual progress
- Ensure every class is safe, organized, and fun
- Arrive prepared and on time to each location
- Communicate professionally with school staff and teachers
- Participate in training and continue developing your coaching skills
