About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8 in local pre-schools and outdoor park locations. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but teaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Requirements

No prior sports/coaching experience is required
Genuine passion for children and sports
Energetic, engaging, and responsible
Safety conscious
Access to reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills

Responsibilities

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings available
Saturdays: mornings preferred
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
