About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, encouraging character development, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for children and sports
• Safety conscious
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
• Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.
• A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old.
• Perform field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
