About The Position

Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte is seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach soccer to children ages 2-8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real impact in children's lives. Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required, as paid training and all equipment are provided. This position is ideal for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay-at-home parents, or anyone who enjoys working with young children.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
• Energetic and reliable personality
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for working with young kids
• Organized and dependable
• Must be 18+ years old
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check

Nice To Haves

• Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required
• High school diploma preferred

• Lead 6-12 children in fun soccer-based activities
