About The Position
Get Paid to Play Soccer! Youth Sports Coach | Flexible Hours | $20–$45/hr Looking for a fun, flexible job that fits your schedule? Love sports? Enjoy working with kids? Join Soccer Stars, Long Island's premier youth sports organization, and help introduce children (ages 1-13) to the game of soccer while making a real impact in your community. Whether you're a college student, recent graduate, aspiring teacher, coach, athlete, or just someone who loves working with children, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local schools and parks
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passion for sports, fitness, and helping children grow
Nice To Haves
- Experience with sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, cheer, fitness, or childcare is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead energetic, high-fun soccer classes
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for every child
- Help children build confidence while learning new skills
- Celebrate effort, improvement, and teamwork
- Arrive prepared and on time for every session
- Continue developing your coaching skills through paid training and mentorship
