About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves making a positive impact on children's lives through soccer, focusing on skill development, character building, and fun. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within the company. Coaches will bring "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conduct soccer sessions, encourage character development through positive reinforcement, utilize expert-created curriculum, and foster a safe and inclusive environment. Effective communication with families, caregivers, and teachers is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

Genuine passion for children and sports
Safety conscious
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available)
Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.
A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

Responsibilities
