About The Position
Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children? Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focused on character development and fun for ages 2–10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. our goal is "to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family" We’re looking for Part-Time Coaches to join our growing team and make a lasting impact through the game of soccer A Day in the Life Lead 30–45 minute, high-energy sessions for up to 12 children using our expert-designed curriculum. Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help children build confidence and character through sport. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism. Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters. Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures. Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated. Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact
- A reliable and energetic personality that kids love to be around
- The ability to lead and engage a small group of children independently
- A willingness to stand, run, and actively participate in every session
- Your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
- No coaching experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
Responsibilities
