About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to work with children ages 2–8. Coaches lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions that build soccer skills, character, confidence, and enthusiasm for the game. The role includes setting up and taking down the field, using Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early-childhood teaching techniques, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. Coaches communicate with families, caregivers, and teachers. A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role. This position offers flexible scheduling for 15–25 hours per week. Typical options are 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. or 2:00–6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, plus one weekend day. Weekend hours are 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Local candidates only; work-status or visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Access to reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate children’s soccer skills.
Must pass a background check.
Must be available to work one weekend day.
