Youth Soccer Coach in Piedmont and Montclair
About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead engaging introductory soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 in Piedmont and Montclair. Coaches bring “Soccer Island” to life with enthusiasm and creativity, teach age-appropriate soccer skills using the Soccer Shots curriculum and early-childhood development techniques, and encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. The role includes setting up and taking down the field, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating with families, caregivers, and teachers. The schedule is flexible within a 15–25-hour weekly commitment. Typical options are 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. or 2–6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, plus one weekend day; weekend availability is required. Weekend operating hours are 9 a.m.–noon. A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role. No coaching experience is required; paid comprehensive training is provided.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2–8, including field setup and takedown.
