About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. This role involves leading engaging soccer sessions, focusing on skill development, character building, and fun. Coaches will bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity, utilizing an expert-created curriculum and early childhood development techniques. The position emphasizes fostering a safe and inclusive environment and requires effective communication with families, caregivers, and teachers. While it can be challenging, coaching with Soccer Shots is described as a rewarding experience that makes a positive difference in children's lives.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.
- A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
