About The Position

Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Coaches. We provide a positive, fun, and encouraging environment for children aged 2-8 to learn soccer. While soccer knowledge is a bonus, it's not required as we offer paid training and all necessary equipment. This role is ideal for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay-at-home parents, or anyone who enjoys working with young children. Coaches can expect to earn between $95 and $475 per week, depending on their schedule and coaching performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
• Energetic and reliable personality
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for working with young kids
• Organized and dependable
• Must pass background check
