The City of Antioch is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and community-minded Youth Services Network Manager! The ideal candidate is a seasoned youth-serving professional who can seamlessly blend youth development expertise, systems navigation, program management, and policy and interagency coordination. They bring a track record of working across complex public systems and are skilled at resolving multi-layered cases, removing barriers for young people, and developing clear pathways through education, workforce, social service, and public safety ecosystems. This individual excels in cross-agency collaboration, navigating relationships with schools, community-based organizations, county departments, public safety partners, and philanthropic stakeholders. They are adept at managing multi-partner initiatives, aligning shared goals, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring accountability across diverse teams and institutions. Given the position's public-facing nature, the ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can effectively represent the City in countywide, regional, and cross-sector settings. They demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, and strategic thinking in high-visibility environments, and are comfortable serving as a bridge between community needs, government systems, and collective solutions. They possess strong problem-solving abilities, an equity-centered mindset, and the ability to translate on-the-ground insights into systems-level improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments and is committed to improving outcomes for youth and families through coordinated, system-informed action. In this role, they will work directly with the Public Safety & Community Resources Director, City Manager and other City staff to partner with public agencies, nonprofits, community groups, and youth-serving organizations to strengthen the City's approach to youth programming, early intervention, employment pathways, and family support.
