About The Position

Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field.
Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
Flexible Availability
Ability to work 2nd shift
Ability to occasionally work on other shifts for supervision, training and shift coverage
