As Youth Program Manager, you are a dynamic, creative, and organized leader responsible for delivering an exceptional youth and family programming experience onboard Margaritaville at Sea. This role champions the onboard concept of `escapism and `fun at sea, promoting its four signature pillars: Art, Creativity, Recreation, and STEM. Working closely with the Cruise Director and Entertainment Leadership, the Youth Program Manager ensures the smooth coordination, scheduling, and execution of all youth-focused offerings, including toddler time, youth programs (ages 3–17), teen activities, family-friendly events, and seasonal and holiday celebrations. Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
Ship experience is preferred
Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate the Youth Team, including Youth Counselors and seasonal staff.
Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and recognition, fostering a positive team culture.
Conduct ongoing training and development to ensure brand standards, safety protocols, and guest service expectations are met.
Execute and innovate youth and teen programs that align with Margaritaville’s brand values—fun, escapism, and discovery.
Oversee the delivery of programs in the categories: Art, Culinary, Recreation, and STEM.
Ensure family programming and special events (e.g., holiday parties, themed celebrations) are engaging, well-organized, and accessible.
Collaborate with the Cruise Director to manage daily schedules, venue coordination, and staffing allocations.
Maintain compliance with all USPH, ILO, and company SOPs related to youth operations.
Ensure all check-in/check-out procedures, safety briefings, and incident reports are completed accurately and efficiently.
