Who We Are Seeking: An individual who is passionate about supporting Tribal youth and strengthening cultural, educational, and prevention-focused programming. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Tribal Youth Program by assisting with planning, coordinating, and delivering youth activities and events such as Native Youth Olympics (NYO), Rural Youth Services, Culture Camp, and other youth programs. The Youth Program Assistant also supports youth-related Tribal Court initiatives, including Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court and Youth Attendance Achievement Court activities, while helping with recordkeeping, data tracking, outreach, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, youth-centered, and committed to working collaboratively in a Tribal and court-connected environment.
