SEI’s Community & Family Programs (CFP) department advances SEI’s mission to guide underserved youth in realizing their full potential by strengthening the families and households that support them. As direct service providers, our Family Stability Programs focus on stabilizing families, reducing barriers and supporting households to achieve safety, stability and self defined goals supported by sustainable income. This work relies on strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public systems to improve conditions that impact family well being. The Youth Prevention Coordinator works alongside youth and their caregivers to deliver trauma informed, culturally responsive prevention and early intervention services aligned with SEI’s RISE (Restore, Identify, Stabilize, Empower) framework, including group facilitation, direct youth support, brief interventions, and referrals that strengthen family stability and youth empowerment.
