About The Position
KidStrong is a private child development training center designed to build stronger kids by focusing on brain development, physical growth, and character strength. Using a science-based curriculum that’s parent-focused and led by professional coaches, we work with kids from walking age to 11 years old to help them reach their full potential. KidStrong has been rapidly expanding across the country since 2016 and is now opening new locations in Connecticut, NY, and New Jersey. This is not a typical coaching job; coaches will run, jump, crawl, cheer, high-five, and inspire kids every day, making a real impact in young lives as part of a dynamic, fun, and supportive team.
Requirements
- Love helping kids win at life
- Passion for youth development and movement
- Experience as a coach, personal trainer, physical education teacher, athletic trainer, fitness professional, or anyone who loves working with kids and getting them to move, learn, and grow
- Energy, passion, and drive to help kids become their strongest selves
