Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. We offer evidence-based treatment for adults, youth, and seniors facing behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, we believe in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program is a team and community-based model providing individualized services to ensure youth (age 21 or younger) and their families live successfully in their homes and communities. WISe aims to reduce the impact of mental health symptoms, increase resiliency, promote recovery, keep youth safe and progressing in school, avoid delinquency, and promote healthy development. This hybrid role involves providing targeted support services as a Youth Peer Support Specialist and conducting CANS (Child & Adolescent Needs & Strengths) screenings to assess eligibility for WISe services. The specialist will work with children in their homes and communities, incorporating the family and focusing on strengths, age, and cultural heritage. This position requires a flexible 24/7 schedule, including on-call rotation with evenings and weekends for crisis support.
