This is a temporary, full-time position in the Surgery Research department, scheduled for 40 hours per week, typically during the day shift. The pay range for this role is $17.43 - $24.40 per hour. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Provide project support and guidance to cross-functional teams on various departmental projects, often in a short-term capacity (< 6 months).
Prepares project reports, presentations, documentation, or other related materials.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members.
Helps coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for project activities.
Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Drafts and distributes project-related correspondence, emails, and memos.
Tracks project progress and updates project schedules and timelines.
Collects and compiles data for project analysis and reporting.
Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting.
Assists in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
May coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
