Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) has an immediate opening for a full-time Youth Partner. The primary purpose of this position is to provide in-home and/or community-based peer services for an assigned caseload of youth enrolled in Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) or Wraparound services, working closely with the family’s clinicians. Youth eligible for IIBHT or Wraparound services experience multiple behavioral health diagnoses & struggles across domains of functioning, significant safety concerns, may be at risk of out-of-home placement, or transitioning home from an out-of-home placement. The peer support specialist provides brief, solution-focused interventions, peer support services & skills training to youth in the program, as guided by the treatment plan & individual needs of each youth. Individuals applying for this role will receive comprehensive training and it is not assumed that they would have had experience providing these services.
