About The Position

Join UFC Gym in Corona, CA as a Youth MMA Coach, where you will inspire and train the next generation of martial artists! This exciting position allows you to share your passion for mixed martial arts while fostering a positive and engaging environment for young athletes.

Requirements

Experience coaching or training youth in martial arts or related sports.
Strong knowledge of MMA techniques and training methodologies.
Coaches will be required to attend the next scheduled UFC Gym Coach Certification
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for fitness and youth development.
Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate MMA training programs for youth participants.
Coaches are given opportunities to book themselves leads and may sometimes be booked leads by Membership Specialists and Team Leaders, all of which Coaches have to convert into clients via having them sign up and buy sessions at UFC GYM.
Instruct and demonstrate techniques in various martial arts disciplines.
Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants.
Organize and lead drills, sparring sessions, and conditioning exercises.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development and progress.
Maintain a clean and organized training space.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
