About The Position

Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) and help children, youth, and families access the support they need to thrive. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that values your voice, your growth, and your impact. As a Youth Mental Health Therapist, you’ll provide individualized, family-centered care using the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) model. You’ll work closely with youth and families to build skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
• Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
• Strong engagement skills with youth and families
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WISe or wraparound services
• LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Develop assessments and personalized treatment plans
• Support youth with skill-building (social, emotional, behavioral)
• Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners
• Complete clinical documentation and case management tasks
