About The Position

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Coordinators to support adolescents (ages 12–17) at their premier Residential Treatment Facilities. This role is an opportunity to be part of a team redefining adolescent mental health care and helping teens and their families heal, grow, and move forward with hope. Mission Prep is an adolescent-specific treatment program focused on providing support and sustainable change for adolescents and families facing primary mental health struggles. They utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches and innovative interventions to create a sustainable experience for clients. The environment is designed to foster a sense of belonging and connection.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
  • Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
  • Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
  • Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
  • Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
  • Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
  • Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
  • Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
