About The Position

This role involves leading engaging, age-appropriate soccer & STEAM-based enrichment classes and camps for children ages 1-12. The position requires creating a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment, delivering curriculum, adapting activities, and managing classroom behavior. Communication with parents regarding student progress is key. The role also includes marketing and sales support, such as promoting programs through social media and community outreach, representing the company at events, and supporting enrollment efforts. Additionally, administrative and operational support is needed, including class scheduling, attendance tracking, customer inquiries, record maintenance, and inventory management. Interviews, field evaluation, and a 3-month observation period are mandatory.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency with technology (email, spreadsheets, social media platforms)
  • High school diploma required
  • Maintain an active CRP, 1st Aid, and AED certification (youth preferred)
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and engaging personality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative mindset for both teaching and marketing
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Professional and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • College coursework in education, marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer & STEAM-based enrichment classes and camps for children ages 1–12
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment
  • Deliver the provided curriculum and adapt activities based on age and skill level
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and experiences
  • Train and mentor instructors
  • Assist in promoting programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
  • Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions
  • Support enrollment efforts by communicating program value to prospective families
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to grow the business
  • Help capture photos/videos (with permission) for marketing use
  • Maintain knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions to support sales conversations
  • Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support inventory management for supplies and materials
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
