About The Position
Get paid to throw flags, hustle the sidelines, and keep the chaos under control. We're looking for energetic, reliable officials for our youth flag football league this fall! If you love sports, don't mind making "the call," and can survive being questioned by a 7-year-old wide receiver... this job is for you. Games are fast-paced, fun, and community-focused. Come be part of a fun fall season and make extra money while enjoying football under the lights!
Requirements
- Reliability
- A loud voice
- The ability to jog up and down the field
- Confidence making calls under pressure from 8-year-old quarterbacks

Responsibilities
- Keep games safe, fair, and fun
- Blow the whistle with confidence
- Explain rules to players and occasionally to parents
- Track downs, scores, and flags
- Bring positive energy and good sportsmanship
