The Youth and Family Support Specialist (YFSS) assists the Treatment Coordinator and Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Treatment Parent in providing direct care services to children and youth receiving TFC services. The YFSS may also perform other tasks as required to expedite or accomplish tasks in the TFC home, office, or community, including but not limited to: transportation, supervision of biological family contact, supervision of children during meetings and in-service, assist in the facilitation of birth parent groups, connect youth and families with social activities, office related functions, and other duties as needed.
