About The Position
The Youth Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing programs that support the social, emotional, academic, and physical development of students. This role works closely with school staff, families, and community partners to create safe, engaging, and inclusive opportunities for youth both during and outside the school day. Organization and communication are key qualities that are needed in this position.
