About The Position
This role is for a Youth Development Staff Lead who will work in before/after school and 4K programs. The position offers flexibility, program ownership, and no weekend or holiday work. The staff lead will be a positive role model, coordinating and implementing programs that foster physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in a safe and nurturing environment. These programs operate in the Lake Country area within local elementary schools.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Certification or approved course work in childhood development, required.
- Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Previous experience in children’s programming/education, preferred.
- Knowledge of state licensing and Young Star accreditation requirements, preferred.
