Iroquois Job Corps is seeking a Youth Development Specialist – Residential Services (ILA) to provide guidance, support, and life skills coaching to students living on our residential campus. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are currently attending college or pursuing careers in various fields focused on working with children, adolescents, or young adults. As a Youth Development Specialist (ILA), you will mentor students ages 16–24, helping them develop the confidence, responsibility, leadership, and independent living skills needed to become successful employees, community members, and future leaders. This is much more than a residential position—it is an opportunity to positively influence young lives while gaining valuable, hands-on experience that directly supports future careers in education, counseling, social services, youth development, and behavioral health.
