Inspire. Empower. Lead. Make a Difference. We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 6th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens), you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become. This is more than a job, it's a chance to mentor, uplift, and empower the next generation of leaders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to motivate youth and handle behavior problems.
  • Ability to deal with the general public.
  • Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
  • Ability to work with youth and families from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work clubhouse hours especially as seasons and service needs change.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in human services or a related field
  • Knowledge of youth development
  • Experience and/or interest in working with teens
  • Administrative/Organizational Skills
  • Experience developing and implementing programs, preferably in non-profit setting and/or programs for children/teens
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics

  • Design and deliver creative, hands-on programming that sparks learning and personal growth.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with teens, promoting social-emotional development.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all youth.
  • Partner with community organizations to expand opportunities.
