The Youth Development Professional is responsible for planning and conducting activities which provide developmental experiences for children such as Education/Academic Enhancement, Social Recreation, Arts & Craft, Healthy Lifestyles, Leadership, Outdoor/Environmental Awareness, and Physical Education depending on age. They are responsible for the health, safety, and personal welfare of assigned children. They report to the Site Manager of the facility they are assigned. This position supports the CIN Mission, Vision, and Goals by being an important part of a team that gives tribal children continued care in a healthy safe environment. This position is responsible to and subject to the CIN Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
