Youth Development Professional - Concrete
About The Position
We are looking for a Youth Development Professional to join our team at the Concrete Club. This role involves creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for school-age youth and teens. Responsibilities can range from participating in games and helping develop activities to providing encouragement and support during challenges. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with youth, possess positive energy, and be eager to learn and incorporate their own interests into youth programming. Our core values of Fun, Respect, Integrity, Community, and Acceptance guide our interactions with both youth and staff. This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with the primary location being Concrete, and also serving as backup support for the Sedro-Woolley Club, necessitating reliable transportation between sites.
