About The Position
We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and connect with people easily.
- Ability to lead activities and keep them safe and fun for youth.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team.
- Knowledge of child development and how to connect families with resources.
- Flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related field.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support youth, families, and volunteers by recruiting and working with them.
- Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
- Organize group events while ensuring safety.
- Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
- Represent the program at community events.
- Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
