Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a human services-related field; or High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least two years of experience working with youth.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must successfully complete criminal background (including FBI) and child abuse clearances.
  • Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision, mentoring, and guidance to residents.
  • Build trusting and supportive relationships through effective communication and positive role modeling.
  • Maintain the safety and security of residents and the facility.
  • Supervise residents during school, recreation, community outings, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and case managers to develop behavioral goals.
  • Encourage positive decision-making and independent living skills.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and behavioral documentation.
  • Record resident progress toward treatment goals.
  • Participate in training and follow structured program policies and procedures.
