Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license required
Basic computer skills
Must successfully pass criminal background (including FBI) and child abuse clearances

Responsibilities

Supervise residents while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Build trusting relationships through positive role modeling and mentorship.
Ensure the safety and security of residents and the facility.
Supervise youth during school, recreation, appointments, community outings, and daily activities.
Support individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals.
Encourage positive decision-making and independent living skills.
Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and required documentation.
Complete incident reports and resident progress notes.
Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and fellow team members.
Attend required meetings and trainings.
