About The Position

Requirements

Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10
Experience with or understanding of: Motivational Interviewing Trauma-Informed Care Crisis Intervention Family Systems approaches
Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
Ability to travel locally as needed
Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree with LISW or LPCC licensure
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience

Responsibilities

Complete diagnostic assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans
Provide individual therapy and support using evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family systems
Deliver crisis intervention services (in-person and by phone during office hours)
Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach
