About The Position

The Youth Counselor 1 is a full time entry level line worker position that provides for the general care of at-risk youth and manages the treatment milieu and routine within a home. The Youth Counselor 1 is the backbone of our quality of care and treatment for these youth. Who are we looking for? Requirements

Applicants must meet our state licensing requirement minimum age of 21 at the time of hire
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Experience working with youth in a paid or volunteer setting
Ability to be an outgoing team player who can work collaboratively and personably with other staff
Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed
Ability to climb stairs as needed
