As a Youth Counselor with our South Village PMIC program, you’ll work directly with male and female youth ages 12–17, helping them build the skills, confidence, and healthy relationships they need to move forward. South Village PMIC provides 24-hour residential treatment and support for youth who need a higher level of care for behavioral and emotional needs. Our team provides a structured, therapeutic environment where teens can feel safe, work toward individualized treatment goals, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen communication, and learn to make positive choices. This isn't just about managing behaviors. It's about understanding the person behind them and helping youth recognize what they're capable of.
