About The Position

Responsible for supporting program initiative and Club Manager with overseeing program curriculum, daily routine, activities, and functions of the A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative (ACYC).

Requirements

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.
• Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including recruiting, performance management, and conflict resolution are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Criminal Justice or related field is preferred.
• Experience in lieu of education requirements will be considered.
• 3-5 years’ experience working directly with youth and young adults is strongly preferred.
• Having a strong understanding of mental health conditions, trauma and/or substance use, and empathy for individuals within the community recommended.
• Experience working with community groups and coordinating fundraising activities is desired.
• Training in de-escalation techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Club Manager in supervising club with efficiency and effectiveness to support the direction consistent with the Agency’s strategic plan.
• Responsible for supporting Club Manager with establishing and maintaining program curriculum.
• Provide direct care supervision of youth during all aspects of the daily routine, monitor school attendance and progress, assist with homework/tutoring.
• Cooperates with other staff members in achieving goals and treatment philosophies of A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative.
• Develop positive rapport with members, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Keep all necessary records, monthly/weekly reports, incident reports updated and accurate as required by policy.
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance standards are maintained.
• Other duties as assigned.
