For youth who have experienced trauma, instability, or mental health challenges, healing begins with consistency, structure, and meaningful relationships. One Hope United is seeking compassionate and dedicated Youth Care Workers to help create a therapeutic residential environment where youth can learn, heal, and grow. In this role, you'll do more than supervise youth. You'll serve as a mentor, role model, coach, and trusted adult who helps young people build confidence, develop life skills, and work toward a brighter future. This is meaningful work where you can make a lasting impact.
