About The Position
Pathway Family Services is seeking caring, dependable adults to make a difference in the lives of youth in their Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. This role is ideal for individuals with a kind heart, positive attitude, and a desire to help young people succeed, even without prior counseling or youth care experience. Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment
