About The Position

Pathway Family Services is seeking caring, dependable adults to make a difference in the lives of youth in their Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. This role is ideal for individuals with a kind heart, positive attitude, and a desire to help young people succeed, even without prior counseling or youth care experience. It's a great fit for future teachers, social workers, counselors, criminal justice professionals, psychology majors, behavioral health workers, and anyone seeking meaningful work. The position involves encouraging teens, celebrating victories, playing games, leading activities, building confidence, being a role model, and helping create a safe environment for healing. Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Complete a Predictive Index assessment
