About The Position

The Youth Care Supervisor will be actively involved in program development and ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations. This role includes providing direct supervision and support to Youth Care Specialist staff, ensuring youth service/treatment plan objectives are implemented and documented in a timely manner, and coordinating and managing the YCS staff scheduling. The Youth Care Specialist Supervisor will provide supervision and leadership at the female group living facility and serve as a member of the administrative team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Strong desire to work with adolescents
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background fingerprinting check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Be at least 21 years of age
