Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience in mental health, social services, or a related field OR 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily living, homework, and applications
- Leading age-appropriate activities
- Modeling communication and problem-solving skills
- Implementing trauma-informed care strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety standards
