This grant-funded position provides psychoeducation, behavioral health support, referral coordination, engagement services, screening, and triage, primarily in school settings. Services may be provided individually or in groups to promote early intervention, connection to care, and access to behavioral health resources. The position serves as a liaison among referral sources, individuals, families, and treatment providers to help ensure timely access to services. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, or other independently licensed clinical treatment services. The role receives direct clinical and administrative supervision from the Director of OP Clinical Quality and Outcomes, typically works with minimal day-to-day supervision, and may seek professional help from outside sources as necessary. The associate is expected to use tact, judgment, and confidentiality when interacting with the public, consumers, families, and colleagues, and to deliver services according to professional and ethical standards. The work is broad in scope and requires applying complex and technical practices and procedures.
