To provide support at an individual or small group level to children with behavioral, cognitive, academic, and social/emotional difficulties. Responsible for providing instructional, behavioral, and other support as needed throughout the summer club day for assigned club member(s). This role works in collaboration with the Logan Center and a co-supervision model is used to ensure proper support and training for the specific duties described below. This person will participate in job specific training through BGCNIC and in partnership with Logan. BGCNIC serves 3,000 children ages five to 18 at 35+ sites across northern Indiana through summer and before and after-care programming, with a strong focus on social and emotional learning, college and workforce readiness, and academic enrichment to ensure every child has a chance to meet his or her potential.
