About The Position

Every day, youth facing crisis, homelessness, family conflict, trauma, and uncertainty need caring adults who show up, listen, and believe in them. At YES House, you'll do more than work a shift—you'll provide safety, stability, hope, and opportunity for young people who need it most. Whether you're working after school, in the evening, or on the weekend, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a young person's life.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass child abuse registry check, background checks, and drug/alcohol screenings
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Prior experience working with youth and families in residential, community, or educational settings
Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flex shifts to meet the needs of the program

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $15.30–$19.13/hour
Additional $5.00/hour Weekend Differential (Friday 6:00 PM through Sunday Evening)
Flexible Part-Time Schedule 15–30 Hours Per Week
